Martial arts expert Fong Sai Yuk (Jet Li, Once Upon a Time in China) is back, this time trying to stop a mutiny within the ranks of the Red Flower Society. He also gets caught in a love triangle with his wife Ting Ting (Reis, Royal Tramp II) and a Japanese woman who has the secret to who the leader of the Red Flower Society really is.

A terrific sequel to the thrilling original. It's not as funny as the original, but the breathtaking fight scenes are all just as amazing, and the cast is still likeable, especially Josephine Siao as Sai Yuk's mother. The first film was mostly all in fun with a political subplot. In this outing the humor takes a backseat to the plot. All in all, an entertaining and satisfying sequel with a particularly awe inspiring final confrontation.
